Fidget Camera – Privacy Policy & Data Practices

1. No Collection of Personal Data

Fidget Camera is designed to function entirely offline.

The App:

• Does not collect personal information
• Does not collect device identifiers
• Does not collect analytics
• Does not track users
• Does not use cookies
• Does not transmit any data to any server
• Does not operate any backend infrastructure

All photos and related content remain solely on the user’s device.

The developer does not act as a data controller or data processor under GDPR, KVKK, or CCPA, as no personal data is processed by the App.

2. Permissions and Local Processing

Camera Permission

Used exclusively to allow the user to capture photos. Camera data is processed only in real time and only on the device.

Storage (Read/Write) Permission

Used exclusively to:

• Save captured photos
• Display them in the in-app gallery

No files are uploaded, shared, analyzed, or transmitted.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional In-App Purchases (IAP).

All payments are processed solely by:

• Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)
• Google Play Store (Google LLC)

The developer never receives, stores, or processes any payment information. All financial data handling is governed by Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

4. Store Platform Analytics

While the App itself collects no data, Apple and Google may collect limited, aggregated, and anonymized technical information as part of their platform services, such as:

• Download counts
• Crash logs
• Basic performance metrics

This information is:

• Collected solely by Apple and Google
• Subject to their respective privacy policies
• Not accessible to the developer in any personally identifiable form
• Provided only as aggregated statistics

The developer has no control over and no access to personal-level store telemetry.

5. No Data Sharing

Because the App collects no data, no data is sold, shared, transferred, licensed, or disclosed to any third party.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from users of any age. No personally identifiable information is processed.

7. Security

All content remains under the security model of the user’s operating system. The developer has no technical capability to access user content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Data preservation

Use of the App is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data
• Any device malfunction
• Any business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Any claims arising from use or inability to use the App

Total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid (if any) for the App or related In-App Purchases.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Use or misuse of the App
• Violation of this Privacy Policy
• Violation of any applicable law

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the user’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App Store and Google Play listing and, where applicable, within the App.
