BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR UTILIZING THE WLSTRT AI MOBILE APPLICATION (THE "APPLICATION"), YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND MUST DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY.
1.1. The Application provides automated visual analysis of financial charts using proprietary Artificial Intelligence logic and third-party computational modules. The underlying methodologies, prompt engineering, and processing workflows constitute the "Trade Secrets" and "Know-How" of the GoodTimes Initiative.
1.2. No Financial Agency: Neither Deniz Özcan nor the GoodTimes Initiative acts as a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. The Application is a software tool for data visualization only.
2.1. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2.2. Output Fallibility: You acknowledge that AI-generated analysis is inherently experimental. Errors in pattern recognition, numerical calculation, and market interpretation are expected. The Application is NOT a substitute for professional financial advice.
2.3. Investment Risk: Trading financial assets involves a high degree of risk. You represent that you are aware of these risks and that any financial losses incurred through the use of the Application are your sole responsibility.
3.1. Anti-Reverse Engineering: You shall not, and shall not permit others to, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application or any part thereof.
3.2. Scraping & Data Mining: Automated extraction of the Application’s AI outputs for the purpose of training competing models or recreating the Publisher's "Know-How" is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Application, including its name, algorithms, and interface, belong exclusively to Deniz Özcan.
4.1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DENIZ ÖZCAN OR GOODTIMES INITIATIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, OR DATA CORRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
4.2. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using the Application.
5.1. Store Terms: Transactions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to comply with their respective terms regarding payments and refunds.
5.2. Final Sale: Unless required by local law or Store policy, all purchases are non-refundable given the immediate delivery of digital analysis.
6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless from any and all claims, losses, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
7.1. The Publisher reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Publisher believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Publisher's business interests.
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Publisher, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of said jurisdiction.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
